Not Loading In

Decided to play Nexus Blitz and Ranked today (to get my placement matches out of the way).

Wouldn't load in as Veigar in Nexus Blitz, and no Bugsplat. Was immediately returned to client instead to reconnect, and then my laptop froze. Decided to play on my other laptop and then I hopped back on and it worked fine (still got punished for AFK).

Then I decided to play Ranked on the current laptop (the one that didn't freeze) but the same exact thing happened. No Bugsplat, the ping was moving up and down between 30 and 40 which seemed normal but then I was prompted back to the client suddenly to reconnect. I waited for about 4 minutes and they decided to remake and I was penalized once again, but this game took up one of my placement matches, which sucks.

I just wanna play man, any known fixes?

• No known network issues on my end. Everything was moving smoothly up until the point where the game never loaded me in.
• I've never experienced these issues before on both laptops.
• I started playing a lot this summer, so I'm pretty new.
