[GAMEPLAY, CRASH] Lost Series and Time Queue

Hi,

During the end of my match, the game had crashed and froze my screen. I was forced to log out and log back into league. The win did count moving me up to the my series. But while queuing, the "accept" or "decline" prompt did not show and I was forced to wait 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, I queued up again only to have the same problem and I quit the program. I re-logged and I was told I had lost my series due to "dodging" or declining too many times, even though I had no control over it. Now I have to wait 30 minutes. Please fix, or at least give my series opportunity back. Terrible.
