Gragas perpetual stun (gameplay)

Within first few minutes of game gragas invaded south jungle, using a barrel explosion then knocking me into a wall, following this he seemed to be able to repeatedly stun me when the stun duration was between 1/3 and 1/2 complete. This resulted in my death and a poor experiance in league, I expected better. Please resolve this bug as soon as possible.
