Pantheon Spear Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Upon throwing the spear at an enemy, the spear suddenly disappear and causes no damage to the enemy right at the moment they move into the fog/bush. This has happen a lot of times and the enemy with 1% HP would escape death. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!
