So my friend got my friend got me RP for my birthday and I went to the LoL store to buy a skin, I also looked at the champion sales because I had leftover RP, and as shown in the image, Jarvan's sale price was 616 even though he is a 4800 Ip champion and should be at 440 RP just like the Vayne beside him.
