[Gameplay] Luden's Echo / Energized attacks

Noticed this while playing on the PBE, not sure if it's PBE-excusive yet though; for TF in particular, a Luden's Echo and Energized attack (RFC, Shiv, etc) should both proc on his w as far as I'm aware. However, this isn't the case. Luden's Echo procs, but there are no visible effects from any other Energized items. Whether this is meant to be the case or not, it consumes all of the stacks for all of the items regardless of whether they successfully go off or not. This may also be an issue with Lich Bane and similar items, as well as DMP.
