My game stuck is at loading

i got a new laptop and installed league of legends i logged in chosen a champ. and go in a match ,when all players start loading my screen is stuck usually when the loading is like at 40%-60% done .i tried to run the troubleshooting full repair in game and i could play two games i shut down my laptop and after some time i tried to play with a friend and the match started and i couldn't play and got a leaver buster for 20 minutes . i tried installing league again,and running the full repair but it dosent work . i played the tutorials( after more tutorial play tries) and in multiplayer it just stucksand to exit the game i have to shut down my laptop . the game is on low specs mode too and the laptop can handle league i think . i dont know what i can do now. any ideas ?
