[CLIENT] Didn't get the level up rewards from level 75 but only the level border.

The game didn't tell me that i leveled up from 74 to 75 and i also didn't receive a glorious champion capsule/champion capsule.

1. Played a game in aram.
2. Finished the game and honored a teammate.
3. I realized that I leveled up but I didn't get the message where it tells me that I did.

This has never happened to me before I hope that this can be fixed and I can still get my stuff and of course I couldn't record because it's not possible it wouldn't show anything if I didn't get the message in the first place I also tried to restart the client but it didn't work for proof u can go to my op.gg profile and check out that i just leveled up to level 75 right now.
