[CLIENT] Champ Select Lock-Up?

I just recently had 3 champion selects in a row where the first to ban failed to ban and obviously were then sent back to the Waiting Game. On the 4th game after I clicked accept, champion select showed and I was the first to ban. The screen went a shade of gray, and locked up. I waited for awhile but nothing. Closed game. Penalized LP and a wait time due to that. Anyone else have this happen today? Maybe just coincidence
