team matching in normal games

This is my main and i am not even lv 30 yet. During the recent games, the average rank of my opponents is always much higher than my team members. I often got silver or unranked teammates against gold or plat opponents.. I don't think I have a high elo because I dont even have a 50 percent win rate.. as I keep lossing, my teammates got worse.... It has been really hard to win a single game.. This is not fun anymore. Please check if there is missculculation on the datas..
