[GAMEPLAY] Heartseeker Varus Q Ability - Ping Problem

When I use Hearseeker Varus Q Ability, my ping, that is around 50, goes high and high at around 1000. The reaction time is so slow, that sometimes the arrow don't even goes off. I have an high-end computer and amazing internet connection. Locking my FPS didn't fix the issue. It happens every time I cast the Q.

Just wondered if people had the same problem as me and would like a patch to it because I love this skin!
