I was in a game and after a teamfight I got killed by a Lux binding. I checked the death recap and saw Thunderlord's Decree doing a quarter of my health. I checked the footage and confirmed Lux had only hit me once.
R1105 votesThunderlord deals damage in a small area around the target. It procced when the binding hit Diana. Death recap also says you died in 0.04 seconds instead of 0.00 seconds.
I hope that clears up the confusion.

IGoaLevy1 votesits 5 seconds, and watching your video she hit 2 people with her e just before running, then 4 seconds later she threw her q at you, it doesn't need all 3 hits to be on the same champ its just the 3rd offensive ability on a champion
Thundaga1 votesactually it's fine. Thunderlords will proc on 3 instances of dmg she hit someone before then landed a binding on 2 people resulting in the proc there is no bug

Thundaga1 votesWiki isn't a do all end all, it's a fan collection of information. Also it's incorrect. If you are hit with a spell you don't see a marker or any indication you have a trigger stack.

It's 3 seperate instances of damage.
TheLastShadow451 votesI've hit the whole enemy team at once with a lux ult and thunderlords didn't proc. Want to know why? It has to be three things of damage on ONE PERSON!
Also, the people that work on the wiki know more about the game than a lot of people.
