I was in a game and after a teamfight I got killed by a Lux binding. I checked the death recap and saw Thunderlord's Decree doing a quarter of my health. I checked the footage and confirmed Lux had only hit me once.
Thunderlord deals damage in a small area around the target. It procced when the binding hit Diana. Death recap also says you died in 0.04 seconds instead of 0.00 seconds.
I hope that clears up the confusion.
If you look close, it didn't proc off of you, it was the Diana it procced on, and you were just inside the very small AoE.
Seems normal 26 minutes into the game, not tanky, couple deaths, i assume lux was more then like 3 kills, and not feeding, but i can't tell.
actually it's fine. Thunderlords will proc on 3 instances of dmg she hit someone before then landed a binding on 2 people resulting in the proc there is no bug
