HUD text is oversized

As of the recent patch, my HUD text has become over-sized and nearly unreadable. I can't read the time or my k/d ratio, and all stats are overlapping, and turning on summoner names turns the gameplay into a garbled, unintelligible mess. No matter what resolution I put my screen at, the text size stays as it is. I have noticed that this same problem has been occurring to quite a few others in this board, and I hope that this bug is fixed soon or that a solution is found. In the meantime, if anyone has any suggestions to alleviate the problem, it would be much obliged.
