Quests say I received first win of the day but never received the xp or essence. I have a photo of this to prove it if you would like.

Are you trying to take it shortly after it comes back up? I've had it where I completed my game, but had 30 seconds or whatever left before it recharged. When I went to my profile, it looked like it was up.
