I didn't recieve blue essence from selling champ shards help

the first time i sold my shard i thought i just didnt see how much essence i had before but the next time i sold a nidalee for 630 and that was just enough to get pantheon but i didnt get them again. can you fix this bug and if possible restore my blue essence atleast the 2nd one so i can get pantheon finaly after a week ;c
