[GAMEPLAY] NO COOLDOWN ON TELEPORT

I just noticed on the pbe while i was playing a bot game with the new galio that there is no cooldown. I got a screenshot but I unfortunatly do not have the video. You can try to go to my pbe account and try finding the replay: shownomercypbe It stopped after a few minutes but the summary for the details when i hovered over the spell still says 0 cd. (this is my first time doing this so if anyone knows how to pin a photo on this that would be helpful)
