i keep getting C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\MSVCP140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your systen administrator or the software vendor for support . Error status 0x000012f.

I've had that issue before as well. I solved it by uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

-SOLUTION-
Go to the PC then Local Disk then RiotGames then League of Legends after than search for ''msvp140.dll'' then delete it.. and run League without any problem. It took me awhile to help some of you.. But even if you got it fixed.. this will help other players who have this problem.
