PBE login issues

Soo recently I found our that I got a invitation for a brand new PBE account.[sg-ahri-2] I checked my eligibility and made my account.Soon the PBE client was download and thats when I ran into major problem ---I COULDN'T LOGIN IN.I was alright I could just click on the "forgot password" and solve this issue instantly.I filled out everything and it never emailed me what my password was even after a full 24 hour day.I tried this on my official account and it worked.The support team gave me a email on what my account information were, but this step would never work on the PBE account even after many difficult attempts.[sg-shisa]
I really want to start working on the PBE account, so if any of could give me some tips on this issue it would really help
