Didn't recieve the LP for winning

Just won a ranked game, said +20LP but it didn't reigster for some reason and I'm still at the same LP, also my friend who Iwas duoing with got demoted even though we won. What's going on?

The same exact thing happened to me yesterday, I started off on 22 lp won my game and it said I will get 25 lp. Then later I noticed im still at 22 lp whats the deal riot?
