Intro Difficulty mode bug

I had lucian, all the players were active (0 afk) and i stood in front of the enemy base doing nothing. I was standing in the middle(top right corner of the nexus) and what happened was that none of the bot players could leave the base or use an ability. They just kept standing on the top of the base and they were kind of trying to move but they couldn't do so. I waited there for 2 minutes and after i decided to move my player, the whole group left the base and continued playing.
