Panning over to blue side blue buff region crashes pc

During game play, panning over to blue side blue buff region crashes my laptop. It won't happen the first couple of times, but after a little bit of game play, perhaps 12 min into the game, panning over the region crashes my computer to bsod. The visuals get stuck and the sound blares in 0.05 sec increment loop. Need to manually turn off the laptop.
