Scoreboard Bug
Bug with the scoreboard only showing two players in the game. When players are dragged you can briefly see other champions but CS and KDR overlap making it impossible to read. Also my health bar is black.

You also forgot to mention that your health bar on the bottom of the screen is all weird. Your allies' icon are also messed up! xP
Anyway, this bug, as far as I'm aware, is caused by Alt+Tab (switching to a different screen) during the loading screen. This action has a chance of messing up your display in the same way you experience. To fix this bug, just leave and enter the game again. To prevent this bug, please refrain from switching to a different window until the game has started. If you must switch to a different window, maybe try to wait until you reach 100%.
