[SUPPORT WEBSITE] Im trying to create a request, and it tells me to login, when im already logged in

I need create a request and it's about "Your Shop", when i choose that bracket it asks me to login, but i am logged on the site, and nothing happens when i press "Login" which is shown as red, it happens with every topic bracket so i can't make a single request!

I also have the same thing i have an issue with my account security yet when i try and make a ticket to get it sorted i also come across this its like they are saying tell us if we screwed upi but when we try and tell them they are like sorry we dont want to know lol
