I get framelags when i buy cinderhulk on sion

I´ve played some games with sion (because its a fun champ) and i get framelags when i buy stalkers smite with the cinderhulk entchantment on it . It´s just for a while (like some minutes or less), but it is pretty anoying. I can play lol with all grafics on max with vsync 60fps per second (with vsync like 150 fps). With that bug its dropping below 30 fps. Just wanted ya all to know and maybe im not the only one, noticing that.
