Chat is stacked and can not be closed

i cant ply anymore lol cause of this because it covers the begin button and i am not enabled to start a game. So to shum up 1) i cant close/write/see the chat 2) I can;t play any type/event of lol. i have shutted down my pc and lol too but nothing i am playing lol almost 1 year now and thats the first time it happens plz help me i can't even see the chat in the banns and in the game RIOT DO SOMETHING!
