I won game and lost points..... GG riot

During today's server issues they had I was in a match. The match had no issues but at the end of the match my client crashed. I had 20 points going into the match and even though there was LF going on winning should still give me points. So I checked my match history and the win showed so I checked my points. I had 8 meaning that even though i won the match i lost 12 points. I have attached a screenshot of the lolnexus while loading into the game showing my 20 points as well as the match history and profile of 8 points.
