Patch keeps having errors

Keep getting Error code 003 "Something's up with our servers" when I try to download the patch.

I also am having this issue... Firstly my client patched 161.x mb out of 141 mb... got the patch, purchased zoe, even played a practice tool game... after i quit the game, the client said there was another patch. After exiting to run this patch I get the 'something wrong with our server error.
