[GAME] Sion loses use of Q and R in ARAM

while playing in ARAM i encountered a bug where i could not use his Q or R. it happened about 8 minutes into the match. after that i could no longer use the abilities. clicking them or using the keyboard would result in a audible response sound but no action would occur for me or anyone else. i will be attempting to recreate the incident. at some point around the 8 minute mark and my second death. i've tried to recreate the event but i have yet to be successful in solo play. i thought it might be caused by charging into a tower/item build/death count. nothing has worked. i'm thinking it might have been an interecation between champions but i'm unsure of which ones would trigger it.

this is the match it happened in. i have no idea how to recover the data/replay or even if you record it. (something dota does that i think would be a good idea).

if anyone has any suggestions in how i could possible recreate this bug or how i could be more helpful please leave a comment.
