GAMEPLAY GLITCH

When i started a Normal match on Summoner's Rift, All champions didn't spawn, i had no gold, i couldn't see turrets or minions and i was unable to move. I left the game, rejoined, and i was able to see the champions but i was unable to level up my abilities and i wasn't able to see any damage i give or any damage given to me due to the health bar not decreasing from hits. When i bought items, it would automatically sell itself. I tested out throwing skills as . My mana didn't go down, but i was unable to throw any more skills even when it said i had full mana. This went on from the beginning of the game to the end when we surrendered at 20 and i even went into a custom match and it was the same scenario. Help please!!!
