Dodging a normal game gives losses in promos???

Is this intentional? I was 2-1 in my promos to gold V and i lost my last game making it 2-2. however it told me afterwards that I had actually lost my series, which is impossible because I've won 6 of my last 8 (Proof: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Jeddorow) The only thing I can think of is that I dodged a normal game earlier because my internet disconnected and i couldn't ban a champ. This happen to anybody else?
