Patch 5.13 WON'T COMPLETE!!!!

After downloading 33% of the patch the client gets stuck and wont work anymore.bugsplat message appears. PLS FIX. it sucks badly.

patch 5.13 wont complete it stops at 62% or 77% and i tried re-downloading it 3 times now.

im re-downloading for the 3rd time now, first it was 33%, then it got to 99%. It litteraly just sits there forever saying "Applying Patches"

I'm having the same problem, I have restarted my computer, repaired league, and then reinstalled it the furthest that it has gone is 65% it just stops when it applies the update.
