[Gameplay] Wrong mouse icon in games with fullscreen mode

HI, i've noticed that since patch 8.9, my mouse icon switches to my windows's one during the game, and i have to Alt+Tab several times to reset. It's not an important and impactful bug, but it kinda annoying because players are used to interact with LOL's one. I use a laptop with Windows 10 and i play LoL with fullscreen mode.
