Game refusing to run on AMD Radeon 375M

Hello all,

I've gone through riot support who didn't know how to help me and I've searched for a solution but I could not find out how to make this work. League will not run on the dedicated GPU in my Lenovo y700 laptop. Various GPU monitors such as MSI afterburner and AMD's catalyst control center say that the game is running on the "High power graphics processor", yet the game is getting dismal performance and says in the R3D logs that the used GPU is "Intel HD graphics 530". No power saving or clocking restrictions are in effect, laptop is plugged in, game has been reinstalled multiple times to the default location on an ssd. All drivers are up to date. The game was manually set to high performance graphics processor in catalyst control center and their newer radeon settings program. League has been DMZ'd in all antiviruses.

Has anyone else had this issue and has anyone found a fix!?

Is this with in-game issues, or even getting through the laungher and logging in?

If you're on Windows 10 and updated within the past month, disable the XBox Game Bar, the update has the DVR function to record stuff turned on by default, which has been causing numerous problems for League players over the past month or two.
