The game is frozing and im getting punished for it. I didn't mean to be AFK. WHAT'S NEXT AFTER LEAVERBUSTER?

Depends. After a 5 minute leaver buster it can go to 10, then up to 20. If you afk too much though you may get some sort of suspension/ban.

My game has been freezing since this new patch and I already received a leaverbuster. I sent in a ticket at 6 this morning and still no reply. I see that this is becoming more common here in the forums now, wtf is riot doing?

Happened to me too. I can't fathom why they are unable to put any money into fixing the bugs of the game especially their client. This season has been nothing but a giant mess.
