ok...hope somebody have a solution on that... i have playing lol for a while now and i could play it without problems with fps or anything... now i restarted my pc because of a virus and instantly install lol. today i tried to play and i can select a champion but when i should start playing it spawns me (sometimes) and than everything freezed. i needed to restart my pc after that. PLEASE HELP!

ps.: dont blame me for bad english:)

Sounds like the same problem I had. Here is a Rioters response with a solution that worked for me:

The freezing and buzzing is an issue that a few players have been experience, and it seems to coincide with a recent Windows update. Specifically, the Xbox Game Bar is enabled and causing issues with the game. Your best bet would be to disable it for the fix. That should the issue!
