my league keeps crashing with new hud
i would be playing a game and i would bug splat and also my screen would bug out like crazy and i can't do anything about it

I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I played one game on the ARAM Butcher's Bridge mode and my game crashed about 1 minute in. I got the "black-screen-of-death" and was forced to restart my computer.
I tried a bot game afterward, and my game repeatedly kept crashing every 5 minutes or so. The gameplay itself was fine - no lag or anything - just a random crash out of the blue.
I never had any problems with crashes before this HUD update, but now it's just ruining me. I suspect there may be some bugs that Riot needs to iron out. I'm a Mac user, if that makes any difference.
Also, a random side-note: Whenever I opened the shop screen, the background color was an ugly bright red; not the black I would have assumed. Is this red part of the update, or a visual glitch?
Same. My whole night consisted of crashes and bug splatter reports. I made sure to send all of them, I think I sent about 12. I also have the transparent red for my item screen. As I am writing this my laptop is sitting in my closet with Zed ulting Nidalee, I hope that I get the kill.
Btw this did not work or me, but it might for you. When you open up the client there is a question mark next to the setting on the upper right hand corner. Click on the question mark and hit the repair button this will scan your for corrupted files. Good luck.
Yeah I am playing on a Macbook... Been playing ranked with the old hud and everything runs fine. I play with the new hud they put in and it crashes like 5 times a game
