Vi Q-Flash combo no longer works.

I don't record my games or anything, but I just had a Vi game and every time I flashed it canceled my Q. This is a huge nerf to her, especially since it was silent (And thus caused a large number of my flashes to be wasted because I kept forgetting xD)

Yes, I carried despite the issue (Linked my score and game score above.) so this isn't JUST qq.

Edit Apparently Varus's Q also cancels if you flash.
