[CLIENT] Icons below Friends List are Flashing and Unclickable

I've searched these boards and I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem, so I'm posting it here. If I'm simply poor at finding discussions, please direct me to the discussion in which this issue was addressed. I've been experiencing a bug for the past month or so where I cannot click the icons beneath my friends list to add a friend, create a group, or search for a player. Whenever I launch the client, the icons flash repeatedly and are not functional. I've created a video for a clearer representation of what I mean. If this is a known bug and is fixable, please let me know how to do so. Otherwise, suggestions are still appreciated. Thank you for your time.

UPDATE: As of the recent Snowdown patch, this issue has resolved itself. While this is good news in that the problem is solved, I am sorry to report that I cannot pinpoint what caused it in the first place. Thank you for your interest, however, and have a nice day.
