AD scaling on eve's e?

I don't think we were meant to notice this but upon lvling my e up from the second to third rank i got excited because I saw what seemed to be AD scaling on her e. it got up to 150% AD at last rank and added the damage to the base damage instead of the percentage. To my disappointment it doesn't actually work. I'm just saying that if Rito actually goes through with it i would love you guys and lose a little bit of the salt i have from the eve rework. And if not I'm just letting you know that some people can see it. I think that the fine tune she needs. And by the way eve feels a lot better now with all these movement speed options from the new runes.
