Can you please fix the visual bug with Evelynn's camouflage at the start of the game on Red side?

This bug has been around for several months now. It's not gamebreaking, but it is annoying and also very confusing for people who don't understand what's going on.

When you pick Evelynn on the red side, at the start of the game your champion does not appear camouflaged (transparent), even though she actually is. Reproduction rate: 100% (at least for me).
