Urgot ult broke

I was playing Urgot and I ulted a alistar during a skirmish.I pull the Alistar to me but nothing at all happened after that.No kill,no fear,no gold,and because of that we lost the skirmish because all we need was that one aoe fear to fear the akali and Camille.
