Loading Screen Freezes at 100%

lately ive noticed my client will occasionally freeze at 100% when loading into the game. i try to alt tab and close it but it wont let me, i open task manager to force it but i cant even see task manager because it wont leave the frozen sceen. the only way ive been able to close was with focing my laptop to power down. to add to this im losing full lp for "leaving", its beyond dumb that i can have a 6 win streak in games ive gotten to play and still be sitting at 0 lp. After looking thru the boards i see im not the only one dealing with this, RIOT PLEASE ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM
