I'm very unhappy right now and if Riot wants to help me that would be great.

I just experienced a client issue where it closed while I was waiting for a game to start. I would have dismissed it if it didn't give me a 15 minute dodge timer when I logged back in. I'm done dismissing it and I'm going to stand up for myself and say this is not OK. For years I have always said Riot was a great company and I would defend them no matter what when other people were feeling down. Now it's your turn to return the favor and help a kid out who's been playing since he was 7 years old and was just learning to play your game. Now please help me out and at least respond. Don't just dismiss me and say "it's just one person". Now I'm really upset and the first time I've ever written something bad to Riot and I'm sad I had to write this. I'm going to play Fortnite tonight instead because I'm too upset with this after a long day. I need your help Riot Games, please help me.
