[Gameplay] Tristana Audio Effects

Ever since Patch 5.4, Tristana's other skins have been exhibiting the same audio effects as her classic skin. Any attempted fix made in Patch 5.8 only worked for her Firefighter skin. Other skins known to have had different effects include her Rocket Girl skin, which as of yet have not been fixed. Post is more or less for documentation; Patch 5.9 really should not be seeing the same bug that has been reported repeatedly.
