Anivia Passive [Gameplay]

I was doing a game and I was ignited i went under tower ignite killed me but my passive didn't activate or go on cooldown I died like any other champ would. Not sure if this matters or not but right before I died I used heal this happened fairly early so I ended up losing lane I've been playing Anivia a lot recently and this is the first time this has ever happened to me.
