Health, scoreboard, cooldown and else Bug

HELP!! I have bug and I font know it ir league of legends fault or my loptop. I can play game, but į can see no score, minions killed number, no cooldown number, no names, also when loading champs- no champ or summoner names, į tried everything, 2 times reinstaled league of legends. Dont know what to do and how to fix it
