Color Pack not working

Hello!

I bought color pack for Fizz and have not been able to use it, I was able to use it just once. I was wondering if this was a known issue still?

Thanks for the report! Is this something you're experiencing every game, or just here and there? Which queue would you happen to be using?

Its every game with Fizz, I haven't been able to use the color pack, since URF mode. I don't know if am doing something wrong.

You should be able to get into a queue, select the skin that has a chroma pack, and then click the color square of the chroma you'd like to use. Would you mind getting me a screenshot of what you're seeing in champion select?

Well, I dont know what happened but I just played fizz on the new feature game mode and it let me select the color pack. I think its good now. Thank You!

Gah. This is interesting. Lemme take a look today and see if I can figure out what's going on. I'm currently not able to repro this. I know we're aware of an issue where these occasionally don't show, but if you're seeing this consistently, this may not be related. :c

Speaking about Chroma packs, what's up with those? Are you guys planning to continue making those? Crosses fingers for a default Renekton Chroma pack

We haven't announced anything around them, but we have been having discussions around them. You may have received a survey about potential options, or you may have seen screenshots of them on Reddit. ^-^
