I just share this record to report a bug.
I suppose it is linked with the W of Leblanc, but I really don't understand how, and why this bug happened. So, I would be very grateful if you could tell me, and allow me to sleep better :)

Unfortunately, there was no lag, no freeze.
Plus, I played with 4 friends on teamspeak, and everyone saw the same.
I don't think you actually teleported, it looks like you may have just clicked to move by mistake when you fired your Q. Then it seems like you lagged and when the lag ended you had walked under the turret.
its defently lag. slowed it down and you did click down to move. also i've has a rubberband lagspike like that without a ping skipe lately since the pre season patch, and when it happens to me others see it as well.
The lag is the only logic solution, but : -I'm pretty sure that I spammed my S key -The game was very fluid, aswell as teamspeak -And everyone saw the same
So I don't think that my connection was the cause. Although, I recognize that this is really close to a lag problem.
Because everyone saw it, It was the riot servers
