I just share this record to report a bug.
I suppose it is linked with the W of Leblanc, but I really don't understand how, and why this bug happened. So, I would be very grateful if you could tell me, and allow me to sleep better :)

Plus, I played with 4 friends on teamspeak, and everyone saw the same.
TwinkiePro1 votesIt is most certainly lag. Your ping may have been constant, but the stream of data was interrupted. If you watch closely, soon after you fire your arrow you had placed a move command. Your character did not move, yet the tower still targeted you. Once the data streamed back appropriately, it teleported you to the place you already were. Happens to me occasionally, although not as extreme but very frequent.
Yandere Moe Girl1 votesI don't think you actually teleported, it looks like you may have just clicked to move by mistake when you fired your Q. Then it seems like you lagged and when the lag ended you had walked under the turret.
Cipse1 votesI thought it could be lag but the ping was stable when it happened and none of the minions/champions looked like they were under the effects of lag.
5050 Teammate1 votesits defently lag. slowed it down and you did click down to move. also i've has a rubberband lagspike like that without a ping skipe lately since the pre season patch, and when it happens to me others see it as well.
Darnfol1 votesThe lag is the only logic solution, but : -I'm pretty sure that I spammed my S key -The game was very fluid, aswell as teamspeak -And everyone saw the same
So I don't think that my connection was the cause. Although, I recognize that this is really close to a lag problem.
