[GAMEPLAY] Level Up Visual Glitch

When I tested Katarina out in a custom game, I noticed that a visual bug happened whenever I leveled up. After leveling up, the level up arrows that are supposed to appear on the ability icons showed up in the item slots (albeit in a blurry form). The level up arrows still appear above the ability icons as usual. Alt tabbing will fix this issue, but after I leveled up again, the bug reappeared. I have included a screenshot, as well as a more close up image of the item slots.
