no accept decline options

I was trying to play ARAM and when waiting for a Q I would get a message telling me I declined the match. Tried it a few more times and same results except that now it says I have declined to many times in a row. I never ended up seeing the accept decline options show up and no notification noise either. I restarted it and got an attempt to join que failed. After the reset and such the accept button showed up and I got into a game and etc. So even though I figured out closing and reopening the client seems to work it is still a bug so I may as well still post this.
